    A numeric sender ID is a sender name defined by digits. For SMS messaging, this is the phone number from which the subscriber receives the advertising message (e.g., +7-123-456-78-90). The system assigns these phone numbers automatically; you cannot specify which number the SMS will be sent from.

  • What does alphanumeric sender ID mean?

    An alphanumeric sender ID is a sender name defined by Latin letters. For SMS messaging, the name must not exceed 11 Latin characters including symbols (e.g., Mediarik).

  • What conversion rate can I expect from SMS messaging?

    Standard campaign effectiveness ranges from 0.01% to 1% depending on the offer the client creates before sending.

  • What is throttled messaging and how do I use it?

    The throttled messaging feature is available in the client dashboard. When throttled, messages are split into batches and delivered during the hours specified by the client.

  • What does WhatsApp messaging mean?

    WhatsApp messaging is message broadcasting using the WhatsApp messenger (instant messaging app). Through the WhatsApp application you can send several types of messages:

    • - текст (желательно не более 1 000 символов);
    • - image (preferably no more than 500 KB);
    • - video (preferably no more than 5 MB; this message type is billed double);
    • - video + caption (text up to 160 characters is considered a caption and not billed separately);
    • - image + caption (text up to 160 characters not billed separately).
    • - vCard (contact card, business card).

  • What is vCard?

    vCard is a message format that sends a contact card (business card, vCard). This format includes: organization logo (square image), link(s) to web resource(s) (website, VK group, Instagram, etc.), phone number(s), physical address, text up to 200 characters. After receiving the vCard, the subscriber can view contacts, click through to the website from the card, call the specified number(s), or save the vCard to their phone so it appears in their contact list and is available anytime.

  • How can I check how many WhatsApp users are in my database?

    If you plan to send WhatsApp messaging through our dashboard, when scheduling the campaign you will see a system message showing the number of WhatsApp users in your database, cost per message, and total campaign cost.   • What is iMessage messaging?

    iMessage messaging is sending messages to Apple device users through the iMessage service developed for the iOS operating system.

  • How does iMessage messaging differ from SMS messaging?

    A standard SMS message allows up to 70 characters; if the message is longer, it is billed as two messages.

    With iMessage, messages can be up to 1,000 characters, and the phone number, website link, and physical address are all clickable (you can call or navigate directly from the message). If the address is specified correctly, you can open a map with the location from the message.

    With Telegram messaging, the customer receives clickable links they can use to visit the website or make a call. This option is only available for this messenger.
